Only $13.82 was debited by buy.com on 07/16/02, the book that I received this morning is indeed the Epic Level Handbook published by WotC, written by Andy Collins and Bruce Cordell, exactly as I've seen it elsewhere.

I'm glad, mine's already shipped so maybe I'll get it by Monday or Tuesday. Truly, as interesting as the book was in the store there's no way I would've purchased it at the retail price. It's too bad, but at the same time I buy enough from them without a discount. I'm not made of cash, if so I would've spent myself into oblivion by now.

As other people have stated the ELH is indeed the correct one, is the ~$14, and is brand new in perfect condition. Buy.com has some great deals on books, they have the new Star Wars CRB for $25 also if anyone is interested in that.
