I've been using CC2 for several years, and I plan to upgrade to CC3 probably by the end of the summer.
Everybody else is right. It's an incredibly powerful program, and once you know what you're doing you can put together very nice looking maps very quickly. You do need to sit down with the manual and do the entire tutorial, but IMO, it's worth it.
