Is Expert Tactician someting for my druid?

Just a quick question:
I´m playing a human druid with the following feats: Improved Initiative, Natural Spell, Expertise, Improved Trip, Power Attack and Combat Reflexes. Should I go for Expert Tactican as my 15 lvl feat?
Improved Trip gives me an extra attack against an opponent that I´ve tripped, and Expert Tactician seems to do the same thing. Does it mean that I get 2 attacks against a foe that I´ve tripped? I´m Wildshaping a lot and as a large dire bear I´ve little problem to trip my opponents.
I would be glad if someone could give me more tips on how to improve my fighting skills and make better use of my feats = abuse Improved Trip and possible Expert Tactician :) Feel free to suggest other feats. I´ve been pondering Reach Spell or Cleave.
Our sorcerer is a nice guy and he often boosts us with various spell, like Improved Invisiblity.
Glad for any input.

Being tripped does not deny your opponant their dex bonus do Expert Tactician wouldn't kick in.

I do you Expert Tactician with my druid, but he uses the Blindsight feat from MotW and uses Fog Cloud and Obscuring mist so that he does deny people their dex bonus if they're more than 5' away. Since I have reach, it's a nice combo.

The combination doesn't work. Expert Tactician only grants an attack when your opponent loses his Dex bonus to AC. Tripping applies an AC penalty, but does not remove the Dex AC bonus, and therefore doesn't trigger the ET attack.
