Is it over for me?

I live in San Diego and am trying to get a larger gaming group together. Right now I'm running a Black Company d20 game for my girlfriend (a veteran D&Der) and three total newbies who are loving it. But I would love to get a larger group together so we could have several DMs running several games and rotate and stuff.

I'm 19, BTW, and the others are 19-22. But we're not agists. :D If anyone in San Diego is interested in trying to organize a bigger gaming group, or RUNNING A GAME OH GOD I WOULD LOVE TO PLAY :( send me an e-mail at dave.ohoh@gmail.com

Good luck!

EDIT: PS I am not a weird sociopath virgin living in my mom's basement. I'm actually punk rock with very spikey hair so maybe I'll creep you out in the "scary" direction instead of the "weird" direction. But I can't help that Teflon Billy and I are the rockstars of D&D.

(hopefully before we all enter the assisted living community).

It has always been an ambition of mine to still be gaming after moving into a retirement home
We will prolly need large print dice - and since Dementia runs strong in my family, some simple rules - and lots of mini's. in another 40yrs I should have plenty of company - the problem is men die young, esp out of shape men, and while I know some some thin gamers and some women, they are both out numbered.

srry no usefull advice -

They’re all much younger than me, or they are one of those stereotypical, unhygienic, dorky, 40-year old virgins that you see hanging out in hobby stores. I don’t have anything against that type of person
You are more tolerant than I, sir! :)

I met my current group through RPG Registry. We're all grown-ups, and some of us are married with children.

As for San Diego, the people I know out there are mostly into cars rather than D&D. If I were you I'd take dave_o up on his offer (even though he and T.B. frighten me).

Oh we're teddy bears. My offer goes out to ALL San Diego gamers, though, seriously the bigger a gaming group the better. Me and my buddy are investing in a six foot table for gaming this weekend, too, so we need people to fill it.

If I wasn't swamped with everything in the world right now I'd totally organize a game day.

EDIT: I just checked out RPGRegistry and hot damn there are a lot of San Diego gamers. Why aren't you ENWorld San Diego gamers posting in my Gamers Seeking Gamers thread? UNITY C'MON.
