Is Mind Poison a Poison?

According to the spell description in the Spell Compendium, this spell infects the subject with a poison. Does that mean:

1. Characters immune to poison are immune to the spell's effects?

2. The effects can be delayed or neutralized by Delay or Neutralize Poison?

3. Would antitoxin grant its saving throw bonus to Fortitude saves vs. poison to saving throws against this spell's effects?

If they are immune to all poisons, like an 11th level monk, yes.
Sometimes, magical/supernatural poisons are excepted from immunity. Or is that just diseases?

2. The effects can be delayed or neutralized by Delay or Neutralize Poison?

Would have thought so.

3. Would antitoxin grant its saving throw bonus to Fortitude saves vs. poison to saving throws against this spell's effects?

Again, would have thought so.

I guess the main question to ask is 'Is Mind Poison really any different to the spell Poison?'.
