In the campaign I play in, I have a halfling that originally comes from the Outlands. He's a standard, 3e halfling in all (other) respects.
Is my halfling an outsider? The only definition that I can find in the SRD for 'outsider' is
This has many ramifications, with one big one that has occurred to me several times in recent gaming sessions - he can't be raised, resurrected or true resurrected.
Opinions? On the resurrection front, would my halfling no longer be an outsider if the cleric attempting the resurrection went to the Outlands to perform the ritual?
Is my halfling an outsider? The only definition that I can find in the SRD for 'outsider' is
