Is Second Wind a facet of Robust?

I started reading through the d20 Modern SRD, and I really like it! I think I'd actually pick up the book if there was anyone around to game with...

Anyhow, I was reading about the Tough Hero, and due to the way the SRD is formatted, I'm not sure if Second Wind is a seperate talent from Robust, or if a character gets Second Wind as a bonus with Robust. Can someone with the actual book tell me what the deal is?

Second Wind has no talent pre-requisites, and is not an aspect of Robust.
