Is the spellpouch considered "tighly secured"?

...in the case some-one tries to grab it via disarm in a combat situation.

I've always assumed it would be, at least on any caster expecting to be in combat.

If you judge it by the way wizards are depicted in 3e, it is built into clothing.

I don't agree. Pouches are not included into clothing, so the can be disarmed.

Built in or not, pouches have no reason not to be well secured.

Well, nowadays we put our wallets or keys on metal chains tied to out belt. Why not a spellcaster?
