Is there a complete book for Rogues?

I don't know if Complete Adventurer is what you would call a complete book for rogues. A lot of the stuff in there is not really rogue specific, at least compared to something like Complete Divine (for Clerics) for example.

True, it definitely seems to be a "Complete Everyone Else." However, it does have a strong rogue focus.
 


Roguish Luck isn't so much a splatbook, as I recall, as it is a book with rogue-friendly new systems, core classes, prestige classes and so on.

I'd say Complete Scoundrel or perhaps one of the Quintessential Rogue volumes is the way to go.

All the 'Complete' Books (at least, the first round) were explicitly for every class. There was a lot of stuff in Complete Warrior for fighters (etc), of course, but there was also stuff for other classes; IIRC there were familiars.
