Is there a feat to use a one-handed weapon for a sneak attack?

Can you backstab??? Seriously, is there a feat in some splatbook that allows someone to actually backstab (as in 2e x5 damage when the target doesn't perceive you)?

No, because that's what sneak attack (and its derivatives) are for.
