Is there a force golem printed anywhere?

In Advanced Bestiary by Green Ronin, there is a Force Creature template that does exactly what you need.

Force golems are constructed from pure force energy formed
around a heart crafted from a well-cut gem. When a force golem is
destroyed, its gem heart turns to dust. Although humanoid in shape,
they are completely invisible save for their gem hearts, and thus look
like floating gems when not using their invisibility abilities. Force
golems have no possessions and no weapons. They cannot speak.
Combat: Force golems are virtually unstoppable automatons.
Force Bolt (Su): Once every 1d4 rounds, as a ranged touch
attack, a force golem can project a bolt of pure force at a designated
target within 200 feet. The bolt deals 5d8 points of damage.
Improved Invisibility (Su): Three times per day a force golem
can turn its entire form, including its gem heart, invisible for a period
of ten minutes. Otherwise, this ability acts as the spell improved
invisibility.
Magic Immunity (Ex): Force golems are immune to all spells,
spell-like abilities, and supernatural affects except as follows. A disintegrate
spell slows the golem (as the slow spell) for 1d6 rounds and
deals 5d6 points of damage. Any force-based spell cures 1 point of
damage for every 3 points of damage it would otherwise deal. For
example, a force golem hit by a magic missile cast by a 5th-level wizard
gains back 5 hit points if the damage total is 15. A force golem
may move freely through barriers made of force, such as a wall of
force. The force golem gets no saving throw against any of these
effects.
Construction: A force golem's body is constructed by shaping
a wall of force into a humanoid shape around a gem heart.
The force golem costs 125,000 gp to create, which includes the
5,000 gp gem for the construction of the heart of the body. Preparing
the gem heart requires a successful Craft (gemcutting) check (DC
21). Furthermore, assembling the body requires manipulating force
with a successful Spellcraft check (DC 21).
The creator must be 18th level and able to cast arcane spells.
Completing the ritual drains 2,500 XP from the creator and requires
geas/quest, permanency, polymorph any object, wall of force and
wish.

Also Complete Minions has a Force Golem Guardian but it is a metal human sized golem with force blasts. It is 3.5 and can be bought on rpgnow if you want to get it though.

I hadn't noticed that it was no longer on sale at RPGnow... Of course, it -did- have the cover with the strange barbarian behaviour...[/HIJACK]

It was a most unfortunate cover picture. The worm creature in the background has a spit attack which you can see if you look closely, but the positioning and squatting posture of the barbarian is a poor juxtaposition with that graphic element.

I purposefully left the worm in this time. The first time I brought up this cover image when the PDF was released, I did a much closer shot, so you couldn't see the worm. Then it looks REALLY bad.
