Is there a Magic Amulet that gives off light in the DMG?

Anyone wanna help me out here? My book isn't handy and I'm converting a magic item from 1st edition to 3rd. Is there an amulet of light in the treasure tables of the DMG?

Yes, I kid you not... he paid several hundred gold for a large porcelin-plate hat - think kindof like Guinan in Star Trek: Next Gen - only a bit larger, and curved upwards. He wears it so his fire elemental can sit on his head.

A single +1 arrow that, like many magic weapons, sheds light as a torch, costs less than 50 GP.

Of course, a +5 Flame Frost Shock Keen Spell Storing (have the cleric cast Inflict Moderate into it) arrow costs only 4006 GP.

Something that's been done in my group, you know those Dull Grey Ioun Stones? The 25gp ones? Well instead of an "Everburning Torch", try an "Everburning Ioun Stone"

Arrows can't be made Keen. It's a melee weapon Special Ability.
