Is there a race that will give you a plus to Charisma?

I created basically a sub human race that I haven't named yet, but have released has OGC. I used RaceCalc to balance this out againist the other races and has no ECL.

I'll leave out the flavor text and give you the crunchies!

They get all the human benefits except as noted below.
Stats:
+2 Wis
+2 Cha
Feat: as human
Favored : as human
No extra skill points
Low light vision

If you don't like the two stat bonuses without a corresponding penaltiy then I recommend using -2 to Con.

As it is it plays well and fits in, well at least in my games it does. I'll admit it does help out a Wis or Cha based caster out slightly

Way above ECL 0, whether it fits into the campaign or not, as it seriously overpowers all standard races (unless all other ECL 0 races IYC have a net +4 on ability scores, too, e.g Elves with +2 Int, + 2 Cha, +2 Dex, -2 Con )
