Is there a tool for adventure design?

Okay, I started this in the Dunjinni thread, but I figured I'd stop the hijack. I'm looking for an adventure design tool. My wish list is:
  • Simple, rapid mapping tools
  • Include symbol keys (statue, door, etc.) in maps
  • Include keyed encounter/events in maps
  • A companion text editor
  • Ability to directly link text keys to map keys
  • Encounter templates
  • Ability to insert SRD statblocks for monsters and traps
  • Treasure generator/aide
I think that's it. Does anyone know of any tools that do some or all of that? Is anyone using something else to roughly approximate some of that -- some oddball collusion of Word and Access, maybe?

Campaign Suite doesn't have the greatest mapper available, but many of the things you list can be accomplished and much, much more. The upcomming release of Campaign Suite Extended has a wide range of encounter, creature, statblock and other features all using XML - which makes the statblocks customizable and easy to use, in and out of other programs.

Testing, suggestions, and comments are more than welcome as the release date is approaching - but there is plenty of time for new, improved features based on customer (and tester) desires.
