Is there a way to not lose access to your magic items while wildshaped?

My character suffers from the classic Druid's Dilemma. If he wildshapes, then his stat enhancement bonus items meld into his form and become nonfunctional, resulting in the loss of many bonus spells and hit points. I'm in a pretty highpowered game with a very generous amount of allowed material.

Address the issue with your DM. If the DM is a generous as it sounds, that is all it should take.

Some item called the 'wilding clasp' might do what you hope.

The simplest solution is just to take off all your gear, wild shape, and then put it back on again (possibly with help, depending on the form). Most forms can wear rings and an amulet, probably a belt, maybe more... it will depend on the DM. This doesn't work so well in the middle of combat, but it works just fine if you plan to constantly adventure in your wild shape.

Also, Girallon's Blessing (from Spell Compendium) can give you a place to wear rings, gloves, and bracers, regardless of what form you assume. The downside, of course, is that a successful dispel magic makes your arms disappear :).

I've house-ruled that rings and amulets (or anything else in that slot) don't necessarily blend with the wildshaping druid, but can remain active (and visible), if so chosen at the moment of wildshaping. It's worked out very nicely for us, so you might want to talk to your DM about something similar.

There's an item in Magic of Faerun called the Wilding Clasp that lets a necklace and/or a vest stay with you when wildshaped. Doesn't cover all your items but it's a big help.
I think it's 4,000GP but IDHMBIFOM.

Suggest an ability that can be added to any item, call it "Wild", which allows the item to remain functional when in Wildshaped. Then negotiate the cost, either a flat amount (e.g. 4000gp) or a percent (e.g. 15% price boost).

IMHO, as you gain levels your items will become more and more essential--the game assumes you have them, and animal (and to a lesser extent elemental) forms just don't keep up. Without some ability to keep your items functional you will end up afraid, rightfully, to use your main class ability.

rant: This problem is an unfortunate (and unnecesary, IMO) side effect of WOTC's nerfing of the always popular (game-slowing, munchkin-loved) Polymorph spell.

WotC didn't really touch the Polymorph spell (except to remove it from one of the RPGA campaigns, maybe?):

For the purpose of adjudicating effects that apply to polymorph spells, any spell whose effect is based on either alter self or polymorph should be considered to have the polymorph subschool. However, note that the spells' existing rules text takes priority over that of the subschool.

Alter Self (and thus Polymorph) lets you retain items that fit the new form, and so the subschool's wording to the contrary is inapplicable to those spells.

WotC changed Wildshape by making it reference Alternate Form instead of Polymorph. If it still referenced Polymorph, you'd retain items that the new form could use.
