D&D General Is there a word for "rule by the bearded"?

Can't discount Dwarven Ladies.
No, but these words would have been inflected for gender if necessary. There aren't words that are super ultra inherently gender-neutral in most of these languages. Remember that "senator" literally derived from "old man" (senex) in Latin; if we were trying to cover both genders we would have to have senators and senatrixes.
