Depends what you mean by official. Kingdoms of Kalamar is officially D&D, and has ECL +0 Drow. I suppose you could yoink them with ease, if you like what you see.

An ECL race that's been broken down into a by-level progression has to be completed before you can go on to other things. You can't just stop half way through and go do other stuff.
I thought about that, but that would be a little *too* vanilla. I still want something that is a drow in spirit, and I like the fact that the offiicial ECL 0 version has little touches like darkvision and dancing lights but nothing else at Level 1 to make it overpowered. And like many, if there's an official version that fits the bill I'd like to defer to that.
