Is there an OGL special ability that covers a demon entering someone else's body?

You can use the ghost's possession ability for that purpose. The Eberron Camapaign Setting book has some nice rules for possession of various kinds, but I don't think that's OGL.

Advanced Bestiary has a demon-possessed template.

I know there have been others, but none come immediately to mind as I rather preferred the Fiend Folio remix of the BoVD method to anything I saw before that. That said, I like the demon possessed template in Advanced Bestiary, and my incorporate that.

Bodies and Souls has one but I don't like it. It is too difficult to come up with the modified numbers and there is little of the original creature left except their appearance.

Mongoose has a prestige class in Demonology that gets possessed for power, It might be in Slayer's guide to demons as well, I don't remember off the top of my head.

Demon God's Fane has a demonic possession that works like a disease.

Out for Blood has one where the demon possessing turns you into a type of vampire, it stacks on the outsider HD and powers to the base creature making a tough critter.

There is always the magic jar spell in the srd as well.

The best one I've come across is Mike Mearls's "Possessing" template from FFG's Monster's Handbook. It's about as good as the Fiend Folio's groovy prestige class mechanic.
