myradale... with adding requirements they meant something, which you do not automatically have. The required save bonuses are a non-prerequisite, since this class is made for monks, anyways.
Add a feat, which is NOT highly useful or gained automatically as a monk, for example. Requirements should be seen as a cost and some should be an actual cost in the sense, that you would not normally choose them.
The class seems too strong even in the revised version, tho. Simply too many powerful special abilities.
And that blue dragon ability seems rather weird. A natural armor bonus that goes away when flat-footed? I'd just make that permanent.
