Is this strange and unusual?

My mom used to ride my case in my youth as well.

Now I am an an adult, and she lives in MY basement and does chores for ME to earn her keep.

Karmic retribution is a beeyotch!

You might want to pick up whichever issue of Dragon it was that had the Bhaalspawn template in it (EDIT: it was issue 288).

Also, the three novels written on the series, Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, both written by Philip Athans, and Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal by Drew Karpyshyn are pretty good reads, IMHO.

We can only wait and see if they'll do a novel of Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance.

No comment on the use of a whole thread in lieu of a telephone to talk with someone you obviously can see on a regular basis, seeing as it did start as a general question. Oops. I did kinda comment.

As for the original question: Yeah, it's wrong. Sick and wrong. Is that really gonna stop you?

obilgatory:p

blackshirt has that issue, but I won't need the template. when I bring Angcuru, Aerie, Quayle, Vanimlote and Angcuru Jr. into a campaign the Bhaalspawn Saga will be long gone.

I AM SO GOING TO GO BUY THOSE BOOKS....as soon as I get some cash. Question...what type of character do they use as the protagonist? Seems that they are only telling 1% of the saga, since there can only be one protaonist. There are many other ways it could go, since there are so many alignments, classes, and races to factor in.

We communicate fine face to face, and we communicate fine on the net. On the phone, I just kinda start screwing up and I can't think. That's one of the reasons we communicate through these boards. Also, it allows us to involve many great ideas from others into our discussions.

I've played in another of his campaigns, based on...damn, can't remember what the name of it was.

But he's very good. He just needs to learn when to say no to winged Dual-Wielding Iaijutsu Master/Ranger Elves. Like mine.:D

hey, you let TED play a DROW your first time, so now criticizing me.

maybe I shouldn't have created my own ruleset, altering this, adding this, fixing that, considering that it was my first time DMing.

The game was based on the world of the Quest for Glory series, but after the hero had run through and solved all of the problems....I.E. why it didn't last more than 2 or 3 sessions.
Did I really do all that good? I thought that it was rather dull.

As to this guy -
You'll be lucky if the campaign's as fun and involving as Baldurs Gate II is.

maybe I'll let one of the guys play one of Aerie and Angcuru's children. not blackshirt though, he tends to turn every character he touches into an agressive crazy person with homicidal tendencies.

who knows, maybe Mom&Pop will accompany them once or twice.;)

BLACKSHIRT - don't forget the FR book on moday.
