Is Time Moving Faster?

Emphasis mine. Been there, doing that, got the neck cramp from falling asleep in the wrong position. :) As for your last question, About two hours, I'd say, not counting the little five and tem minute breaks I sneak in at work to answer these boards. ;)
Same here. And as for the speed of time, I have my own theory. At least for me it has less to do with my age and more to do with the fact that I now have kids. My daughter was born when I was about 30 and the months and years have been flying by ever since. It was a pretty dramatic transition.

I think we went plaid. ;)

There is comfort in knowing I'm not alone in this--especially in the neck cramp department.

My favourite is waking up at three am, magazine in your lap, half drunk glass of wine beside your chair, your head at an impossible Linda Blair angle, realizing your wife went to bed hours ago. And you only managed to read two paragraphs.

It's because you're old. Life's like a roll of toilet paper - the closer you get to the end, the faster it goes.
