It should be "The DM makes a ruling that you are quite certain is wrong. Do you mention it?"
I believe that would have been a more illuminating and interesting poll.
The way you have it now, we can only choose between being a disruption about something we don't know about, or being a complete DM-lackey who always believes that the DM is right because of some divine power, or something.
Hate to break it to you guys, but IN REALITY, the DM is not always right.
He is human, and prone to mistakes just like everybody else.
Not because he's malicious or anything, but DMing is a huge responsibility.
If you as a player can point out something that he's interpreting incorrectly, than that it your duty as a player.
If I was DMing, and somebody didn't pipe up when I said something patently WRONG simply because "The DM is always right", I'd want to slap them for their incorrrect and simple-minded application of that phrase.
