D&D 4E Issues with 4e character sheets...Not cool WotC...just not cool...

Makes me happy that I get the sheets for free, due to being one of the first to buy/order the PHB. I would have been pissed as well, even though I haven't used the official sheets since sometimes around '92

Amazing I was actually tempted for a while, thinking (likely like others) that they would have class specific. Glad I waited. I'd rather not buy something that I can get for free and print myself. Sheesh.

You know, I have to say this is a pretty shoddy product and rather poor Customer Service from WotC. A set of character sheets should at least contain enough to do the game-dictated default number of characters. In order to use these sheets for a full party you would have to get, at a minimum, two sets. That is, of course, as long as some of the players don't mind landscape character sheets or not having enough power cards to go around.

Wow. I can't believe they actually put this product on the market.

Or 70+ printed copies of the official D&D character sheet PDF at most print shops. I've always been puzzled as to why people will pay such a high mark up on character sheets that come in a box or attached to a pad, but especially so in this day and age.

Especially as the shallow multiclassing means that you are deep in your main class - a class-specific sheet makes more sense than ever before.

Plus, I wanted to see the landscape version... but now, nah, I pass.

I am a retailer, love 4e and am disappointed that the character sheets were not class specific. The lack of them really makes this product a poor one. WOTC should have 2 for each class (landscape and profile), 1 of each, with permission to photocopy in addition to the blank power cards and the character portfolio.

Come on WOTC, you can do way better than this product.
