Item suggestion, please

Rogue 4 dedicated to the Raven Queen, aiming for Raven Herald. What enchantment to place on a short sword? If it makes any difference, the hilt of the short sword was carved out of the tooth of a white dragon.

Either a +2 magic weapon if you can get away with it (level 6 item) or I'd go a Vengeful +1. This is a very nice striker's weapon and as an encounter power, you'll be able to take advantage of the benefit every combat.

Weapon: Any melee
Enhancement: +1 attack rolls and damage rolls
Critical: +1d6 damage

Power (Encounter): Free Action. Use this power when an attack hits a bloodied ally within 10 squares of you. Gain a +2 power bonus to attack rolls and +1d10 on damage rolls against the attacker until the end of your next turn.

Since the hilt is a White Dragon Tooth, perhaps a Frost Weapon, PHB 234, is appropriate. That opens up the feat combination Wintertouched/Lasting Frost in the Paragon tier. In general I prefer weapon properties and encounter powers over dailies.
