Item to hide identity?

It's just that Nondetection does not explicitly mention thwarting True Seeing. But I guess it does say "divination spells such as" so that is an incomplete list.

As is, I play nondetection as spell resistance against every single divination spell out there.

Yep, that's what I've done, though I haven't purchased any items yet. Is there an item that grants a Disguise bonus like +20 or +30? I assumed the best I could find would be +5, though I could create a higher one with DM's permission.
