Awesome - keep it up, man! The first week is the hardest. It does get easier.
Are you using anything to help you quit?
Believe it or not... my son. He's just turned 2 and, although I've never smoked in the house (always went out into the garden), just looking at him and thinking,
if I keep smoking I might not get to see his children (I'm 34), made me seriously think about it. Then, coming back from a convention last Monday, my throat felt really bad (a combination of too much beer, cigarettes, and speaking - while DMing) so just thought. I'll do it now.
Almost had a relapse last Wednesday while at my roleplaying club (a couple of the guys smoke, again outside, but, thankfully, they refused my begs for a cigarette).
Anyway, back to your original question. No, not using anything except willpower (I've tried patches and gum before, but they didn't do anything for me). The hardest thing is not eating (I'm overweight anyway), but I've found drinking lots of decaf tea helps for some reason.
