Compendium + monster builder + microsoft onenote = love. Regardless of what kind of adventure you want to convert, you can do it crazy fast. Especially when you need to reskin a monster, add a power from another flavor concept. Forex, i planned to change Red Hand of Doom from "Doom from Dragons" to "Doom from Far Realm", and choosing a couple of iconic abilities and add them on to the monsters has been soooo easy it hurts.

Pulling text out of pics with onenote, reorganizing campaign notes, having text, handwritten text, .pdfs as .pdfs, .pdfs as printouts, audio notes and pictures on the same onenote campaign page is so awesome it hurts.

I welcome our cybernetic overlords.

I have done the same thing, but using primitive methods, like paper and pencil.

It is still very very easy.

I bet the new technology enabled him to do it faster though (he says approximately 2 hours). For pen and pencil, assuming that your hand didn't cramp up, it probably took you at least 5 hours to get all of the math edited for the appropriate level. You might have been able to speed up your time if you used post-it notes.
