    Omega World can be found in the latest issue of Dungeon/Polyhedron which is actually issue #94, but is labeld as #92. It has a mind-flayer on the cover...

Actually the spine has the misprinted issue number. The correct issue number appeared above the bar code on the lower right corner of the front page with the Mind Flayer.
