That is nothing more than a variant from the DMG that I use (I even make it cheaper). You didn't even really get to the house rules part. Incidentally, training has been around since 1st edition.

Hi all -
Airwalkrr, we've talked on the WotC forums about your wanting to do things for GH as a whole. I'm not sure if you know or not, but my GreyhawkOnline.com site offers free Web hosting. No strings attached. Really, I do it for a number of reasons and most of those are selfish. Meaning that it's far easier for me to visit one site (GHO) than it is to visit so many that I may not even remember where it is - or worse, a place like Donkey Show which my work (at a school) filters just because it sounds "like a Tijunana Show" I once saw.
