Iyraclea (or Iraclea) sources?

I'm looking for the book or web article that describes Iyraclea (or Iraclea). She's a priestess or maybe just a follower of Auril. Her minions are known as the Icy Claws of Iyraclea. If I recall, the original article had a picture of her, blond woman sitting on ice with her chin on her knees? I know of the Great Glacier entry in the Faerun book, that's not the one I was thinking of, it has no picture of her. The "Portals of the Frozen Wastes" article on the Wizards Site also isn't the one I was thinking of.

The Epic Level Handbook is where Iyraclea was finally detailed in print. She's also mentioned in Volo's Guide to All Things Magical, The Ruin, and a couple of other places.
