jedi in a forgotten realms setting

Welp my gaming group decided to do somethign very off the wall and mess around. Im allowing characters form Starwars, Everquest, and Forgotten Realms. Right now the only problem I am having with rules is this. Does a Jedi's lightsaber deflect a +1 arrow or greater.

I really would like some opinions about this and especially from people they may have tried this. Im really on the fence on this one.

What "plus" is a Jedi's lightsaber equivalent to? Surely, it is not a normal weapon or even a masterwork one.

If a lightsaber was equivalent to, say, a +2 weapon, then it could deflect arrows of +2 or less.

Myself, I'd goes so far as to say a lightsaber is a +3 or +4 weapon; perhaps a Keen or Brilliant Energy blade, or some derivation thereof. I mean, a lightsaber in a D&D world would be a relatively powerful weapon.

I'm not familiar with what the star wars books have to say, but if I were doing this I would treat the light saber as granting the deflect arrows feat and have the jedi make a reflex save DC 20 to deflect the arrow, if the arrow is magical the DC goes up the same amount as the enchantment, if attempting to deflect a +5 arrow the reflex save needs to beat a 25 DC. Or maybe grant a class ability such as "Armed deflection" meaning they can use deflect arrows with the lightsaber only, the only reason I would worry about how you state this is when considering prestige classes.
