I see in your profile that your location is listed as Dallas. I thought you were in India. Did you move back? Or is that just a simple oversight?

India.

I saw it on one of his posts.

Man, that guy is in the middle of food heaven and writing RPG books full time. He's like the Hugh Heffner of gaming.

i suspect some things may have changed, but i haven't heard the whole story yet. i'd wait to let joe and suzi tell it before drawing any conclusions.

this is the internet, rumors and unbased statements are mandatory

Damn, I've been outed... curse you BOZ!

Yes, we're back in the USA. The short reason is that Suzi really likes her familiy. The long version is that I'm a love-struck sucker that's happiest when my darling is happiest. Oh well, worse things to be I suppose. :)

But, this means that we'll be able to send out reviewer copies (nice) and more importantly we're working on being at GenCon again so we can see all you nerds again (and that includes you TB). Actually Suzi's wondering how much she'd have to pay you to get her hair cut.

It's been a crazy week, jet lag is (thankfully!) not as bad this time as last time and Beast Builder is litterally only a few weeks away from PDF release (if we can get all the artwork we need as quickly as it appears it's going to happen).

All in all, it's nice to be back, although driving one the "wrong" side of the road still seems a bit strange. And man, I had some enchaladas that were simply the most amazing food I've had in a long, long time. :)

I hope Suzi's doing okay and that you and her continue doing what you all love. Sorry India didn't work out for you, but on the good side see you at Gen Con!!!

Yeah, we're both looking forward to GenCon. India was great, we both lost weight (I lost 45lbs. and Suzi lost 15.lbs.) and learned that Suzi likes to travel, but only with a round-trip-ticket. :)

Its hard to describe, both relief at being back, but a bit of sadness for leaving. Either way we'll go back (probably every year or so) for a couple of months- we both love the place but it's not home. Which for me isn't a problem, I'm the "rugged loner type" but Suzi likes her family and her comforts a bit more.

So TB.... I haven't cut my hair in 4 months.... it's a clean slate if you have a slot on your dance card in Indy... :)

We should have more time this year to hang out at Gen Con. I think the past two years have been mostly spent manning the booth, and this year we want to make it more of a vacation. Maybe even do some gaming... :P

Oh, and we are debuting Beast Builder at Gen Con as well, so that should be exciting for all involved.
