Yep, though I'm unsure if Vlaakith still rules the githyanki or not in 4e.

I am wondering if perhaps the Psion preview given that is part of a big PHB3 unveiled. They are considering separate of both Dragon and Dungeon. The Monk was just a normal Playtest right, not part of the PHB3 preview. So perhaps they have forgotten to put it in there, since didn't fit on the DRA, DUN, Free.

I'm fairly disappointed myself. the months of and following the release of the FRPG, we got ecology articles on Drow and Genasi, and I was hoping for that with the Changelings and Kalashtar, or at least Goblinoids. Hopefully next month. Kinda surprised at the lack of mentioning the Psion too.

And it looks like the last Dragon article for this month, the Adventurers of the Realms one, still isn't up even though it was supposed to be out today.

I think the Psion is just going to pop up in the CB and Compendium updates. It's kinda surprising it's not getting a PDF release, but I understand not having it take up space in Dragon. I was hoping for more material though ... this seems sparse.

WotC said its one build, so I guess it would be half the powers and 2 paragon paths (maybe a feat or two); I would think that the recent monk playtest would be the best guide to what we are going to see. As to why they're doing it on a Tuesday, well, its probably so people will not think of it as regular DDI magazine content.

Good. If the PHB3 previews were in place of Dragon content I would be pissed.
