Finished what I have of 100 Bullets. Ordered the other 5 books I didn't have. Should be in next week end.

Restart my Walter Simonson Thor stuff until then.

Cemetery Dance, the latest in the Agent Pendergast series by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. (The first was Relic, which got made into a movie, but - not surprisingly - the book series is so much better than the film version.)

Also, Tailwinds, a thorough examination of the history of the fart and its role in polite society. (No, really!) I saw it at a library book sale and could not talk myself out of parting with a dollar to own it.

I'm on the third book of the Twilight Trilogy, a Forgotten Realms series by Paul S. Kemp. I was pretty hesitant to read a FR book again, but I've been enjoying the series well enough. Once I finish the third novel, I'll probably also read the short story anthology that goes along with the series. Since I already bought it and all. At the slower pace I've been reading lately, I hesitate to say if I'll really get beyond that this month or not.

I recently read Mr Darcy, Vampire at the insistence of a co-worker. It was mildly amusing and very quick.

Currently reading 1603 by Christopher Lee, a light-history overview of the year that marked the change from the Tudors to the Stuarts.

Still working on The Passage by Justin Cronin. Imagine a blend of Salem's Lot, The Stand, and maybe a sprinkle of the X-Files, just not as good. It's only moderately entertaining and I might set this one down soon.

Audiobooks: alternating between Under Heaven by Guy Gavriel Kay (fantasy set in an Asian-based setting; slow moving, ponderous, lots of thinking and looking, not much talking and doing, but read by one of my favorite narrators, Simon Vance) and Blood Oath by Christopher Farnsworth (supernatural thriller about a vampire who has served every president since the Civil War - somewhat cliche-ridden, but pretty entertaining, and admirably performed by Bronson Pinchot - yes, Balki from "Perfect Strangers.").

And for some reason, re-listening for a third time to Master & Commander (Patrick O'Brian) - I managed to score a free copy of the Simon Vance version and this is my first listen of that version.

Permanently gave up on The Passage. Have temporarily set aside Under Heaven. Finished Blood Oath. Currently listening to Kraken, by China Mieville. So far it's amusing and weird, but I'm at a point where I'm starting to get characters confused.
