Oh how I love the running around the morning before departure. Just got back to albany and I pick orchid up from work in 45 minutes. THen it is off to guedos for a car change and departure.

I'm very unhappy to report that I am suddenly unable to attend the Saturday gameday; I managed to dodge the looming disaster at work that threatened to keep me away, but now an volunteer organization I am on the board for has sudden need for me tomorrow. Apologies to the hosts, and Ao and Guedo - I was really looking forward to this. Ow.

The hubby is taking pity on my misery and absolving me of some spousely duties, nudging me to go down on Sunday. (If only to spectate because of my late change.) The prospect of board games is inviting too...

I just wanted to thank Kahuna Burger, her husband, and the Meatball for hosting a really fun day. I had a grand time with Sidewinder and cannot wait to find out just what the haul was from the caper. The My Little Pony RPG was...unique. I actually had a blast with it, although I would recommend personal injury waivers next time it is played.
