(kalamar) anti feats

If we want to use anti-feats as discussed in the Kalamar Villain’s handbook for PC's, How would you treat meaningless antifeats. If you are a barbarian and you get a feat, which limits your familiar’s ability, this will not affect you. Are you just lucky in this case or do you roll again or what?

They really dropped the ball on that. I would actually as the DM choose or make a smaller list of anti feats that apply to the character in question and have him roll on that table. Or better yet, pick on that fits his background.

We've discussed it a wee bit on the Kalamar messageboard and I think that the general consensus is "a disadvantage isn't a disadvantage if it isn't a disadvantage."

I'd reroll until it truly would affect the character, I mean meaningfully.
