It's a pure atlas. Think Brittanica, Rand McNally, etc. but for a fantasy world.

There have been world "atlases" before...but never a "real" atlas.

Thus, there are no game rules. "Just" topographical maps, wind aptterns, ocean currents, resource maps, trade routes, etc etc.

Good. This sounds like a must-buy. I own the original Kingdoms of Kalamar boxed set, and the atlas sounds like it will be 100% compatible with it.

My guess is that once someone purchases a K&C product, they're hooked for all future products. We like to thing that we hook 'em with value and keep 'em with quality.

Well, that has certainly been true for me. I've got all the 3e stuff you've produced. I'm running a homebrew world, but I'm itching so badly to run a Kalamar game that I've actually considered a deliberate TPK.

If the rumors on the kenzerboards are to be believed, it'll be selling for $29.95. It'll be about $35 with S&H if you order through their online store, which is still an unbelievable price.

As a KoK DM, I can't wait! I've been dreaming about this product for awhile and my current campaign (the PCs are near the Elos Desert) is starved for geographical details...

You know, this atlas looks soooo good I'll probably start a 2nd campaign with new players just so I can explore the setting more thoroughly as a DM
