I should be able to make it and I will ask my group if they are interested. i'm not sure how many poeple there will be so I will bring som L5R cards and will be prepared to run some game (with pre gen'd characters) if there is enough people and room

Sounds like we're each going to try to bring some from our own groups, so that will be a decent number of people, maybe enough for two games.

My friend and I (Yo Moe) were thinking it would be a fun idea to make shirts for this event and sell them at the game day. Would this be doable or not? If we can't sell them, could we just hand 'em out?

Check with the owner of the store where this is being held. You don't want to wear out your welcome.

Yea, that'd be a good idea. I'd talk to Phil first. And if he does agree, I would find out how many are expected to show, and those who want one could pre-order them from you.

Draco, if you want to run something, mention it, and as soon as everyone chimes in, we can sort out who will play in what. It sounds like the turnout might be pretty decent. We should have enough for at least two concurrent games.
