Karmic Strike & Rapid Strike

I have a player looking to get Karmic Strike and Rapid Strike. I do not have these in my book, could someone tell me what they are and from what books?

First, I'd require players to tell you the souce the feat is from first.

Karmic strike I think is from Oriental Adventuires. Rapisd Strike has a version in Mutants and masterminds but I'm not sure that;'s the one he's talking about.

Karmic Strike is from Complete Warrior. It allows you to take a -4 penalty to AC, if you do so, anyone who strikes you in melee provokes an attack of opportunity.

Rapid Strike doesn't ring any bells for me.

Rapid Strike is in Draconomicon, from memory - it allows a second attack with a natural weapon (at a -5 penalty?).

In deed it is. IIRC, there is also Improved Rapidstrike which adds a third attack.

I was once tempted to get Rapidstrike (claw) and Improved Rapidstrike (claw) for a character with 4 claws. I'm glad I didn't. It took long enough to go through the 10 attacks he did have, without upping it to 16.

EDIT: This was in a deliberately OTT epic/gestalt mini-campaign. I wouldn't be doing it again.

Uh oh...what is his character, because this sounds like components of the King of Smack build from the WotC optimisation board.

For the record, Rapidstrike is a hideously abusable monstrous feat from the Draconomicon.
