Keep on the Shadowfell Release Date?

I noticed that the Release Schedule shows H1 Keep on the Shadowfell as releasing in April, but Amzaon has it in late May. Any idea if there are other vendors that will have it in April, or is Amazon possibly mistaken?

I believe Amazon is correct. It comes out May 20th, a little over two weeks before the core books come out on June 6.

I wish it was coming out in April. I would be much more likely to buy it in that case.

I wish they were releasing it a little more in advance of the actual rules.

Although I like the homage to Keep on the Borderlands, the name sounds weird. Every time I hear it, it makes me think keep on the sidewalk. I can just imagine a tour guide. "Please keep on the shadowfell everybody. We don't want you to ruin the lawn."

The release schedule here on EN World hasn't been updated in a while. May is the correct date for H1.

The original launch for 4E was:
H1 Keep on the Shadowfell (April)
PH Player's Handbook (May)
MM Monster Manual (June)
DMG Dungeon Master's Guide (July)

But they decided to change it for:
H1 Keep on the Shadowfell (May 20th)
PH Player's Handbook (June 6th)
MM Monster Manual (June 6th)
DMG Dungeon Master's Guide (June 6th)

They said it was easier for them to make one big release party for all the 4E Core Books at the same time, instead of one each month.

So the official release date is: May 20th.

Sobump it back t april. i think they can still do it; they will generate far more sales that way and make their fanbase happier. As it is I doubt I will buy it.

Yeah! They could have just released the DMG and the MM together, but they decided not to.

They also mentioned it was easier for the stores. They could display the new Core Books together, making it more attractive to customers.

I guess we have no choice but to wait a little bit more.
