Don't really know if Victoria is really on your list, though... it being only an hour or so away by ferry from Seattle...
Yes... at the moment, Washington state is a hard sell, as I've got six interesting invites already and I'm going to have to figure out a way to choose between them somehow. I may at least try to have a "Come hang out with Keith" event somewhere in Seattle, just to have a chance to meet as many people as possible.
Likewise, I've probably got all the invites I can handle in Kentucky, Ohio, and Louisiana... and looking to specific cities, Chicago (six!), Boston, and Boise. Now, feel free to drop me a know if you're in these areas and would like to meet; if there's enough people, I'll probably do a "I'll be hanging out at the Runny Nose on Friday" thing. I've just got more overnight stay options on hand in these places than I can handle.
Of course, if you feel that you are the world's most intriguing gamer - "I'm a rocket scientist who loves old school Star Frontiers" or "I'm five years old and was born with a d20 in my hand", hey, you might top my current invites. Just bear in mind that things are getting crowded in some states.
With that said, I'm still looking for hosts in the following states: Alaska, Delaware, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, and Vermont. France is a notable blank spot on my European travels. And I'm always interested in adding more stops in Asia. If you're in any of these places and feel like hosting a wandering DM for a night or three, let me know!
