Kento Vs. Vanor!

ooc: I don't this should be declared a forfeit. The boards have been having trouble for the past couple of hours, and your opponent might have been unable to post because of that. I think an extension would be appropriate. At least a couple hours, if not more.
And on the Dragon style... you'll have to get Wicht's response about that :).

I've had little trouble posting here. This match was started last night, and only one round has been judged.

The rules are clear that 24 hours without a responce is grounds for a forfit.

I agree with you, but it is a fact that for the past three or four hours the boards were slow for many and not working for some. Should hours that the boards are not accessible be counted in the "24 hours"?
I think the fairest thing here is to give him a 4 hour extension this time... and a warning.

If he gets the extention, then you can count me out of YB.

I felt that Reallia shouldn't of been given a loss in her forfit to Sabaron, since he said the match could just be scraped. Wicht however said the rules where clear and so she suffered the loss.

I've asked for a different judge, asked to get this fight on the road, and still waited for over 12 hours to get the first round judged.

Even if the boards have been slow, he could of posted something lastnight, or this morning or anytime in the last 24 hours.

I simply want to get on with the game, and not be held up here for another 3 days waiting for this match to be finished.

The rules are clear, and I expect everyone to abide by them.

And yes I'm rather frustrated, I was hoping this would be resolved before I left work... But I have to leave now and it isn't.

On the topic of Sabaron vs Meowth. I feel that in situations like that, fights should be able to be declared drawn. All involved would revert to their pre-fight stats. This would only be allowed when there was good reason and both fighters agreed, and would have to be approved by a high-ranking judge, perhaps only the Grandmaster being able to approve draws.

And on this fight... Wicht will have to decide. And please don't quit over one incident like this.

The Black hooded man shakes his head. "This is no good"

Vanor the match is yours due to forfeit.

Vanor you have won without much effort. You may know choose your path. If you choose the path of the honor you will be a yellow belt 0 with a sig style of the hammer and to gain a dojo style you must join Orlandu's dojo since he is the only green belt. You also may choose the path of the Yakuza and you be a Thug 0 with a sig style of the Hammer. Your record either way will be 1-0

Kento you have lost this match due to your absence. Your are still a white belt, but with a record of 0-1.

I'll go with the honor path, but I would like Wicht's ruling on if I have to join a dojo to gain the dojo style or not.

I won't be joining his dojo, no matter the ruling however. For the sake of IC things I've set up some time ago I wish to regain my former styles.

By all rights, this fight should of been declaired a forfit at the same time the first green belt was named, and this fight started before there was a green belt. So I feel I should have the option of picking a dojo style.

OOC: But if someone started a match 1 week ago and they just finish it today for an example. You wouldn't want to redo everybodies dojo styles if the person that wins becomes a green belt and because there match started earlier that means theirs is first.

If we do that then whoever wins the Kith and Sidhe Li will be the first green belt and not orlandu because their match started earlier.

Sounds kinda confusing to me. How is someone suppose to keep track of all the fight that are still going on?

I agree that Witch or a master judge needs to address this.
