The inspiration for this class is Dragon Ball/Z, though I am doing what I can to keep it relatively tame and in line with existing class mechanics.
Ki Warrior

Weapon and Armour Proficiency: All Simple and Martial Weapons, Light Armour
Fast Movement (Ex): +10 ft. to Speed as long as wearing No or Light Armour and not carrying a Medium or Heavy Load.
Ki Pool (Su): 1/2 Level + Con; as long as there is at least 1 point in Ki Pool treat any Acrobatics check made to jump as if had a running start, and at 10th level also reduces DC of jump checks by 1/2 (but still cannot move farther than speed allows). By spending 1 point from Ki Pool can make an extra attack at highest attack bonus when using a full attack; or can spend 1 point to increase speed by 20 feet for 1 round; or can spend 1 point from Ki Pool to gain +4 Dodge bonus to AC for 1 round.
Endure Elements (Ex): As the spell; constant.
Ki Surge (Su): By spending 1 Ki point, the Ki Warrior enters a Ki Surge. While surging, they gain a +4 bonus to Strength and Dexterity for 4 rounds. A Ki Surge can be ended early as a free action. After it ends, the Ki Warrior is fatigued for twice the number of rounds they spent surging. They cannot enter a Ki Surge if fatigued or exhausted.
Greater Surge (Su): Str/Dex bonuses granted by surging increase to +6.
Tireless Surge (Ex): No longer fatigued at end of surge.
Mighty Surge (Su): Str/Dex bonuses granted by surging increase to +8.
So far I have not finished the list of Ki Powers, but they are for the most part going to be taken from the list of Rage Powers and Ninja Tricks, with some additions to give a bit of the flavour of the various ki based attacks of Dragon Ball. They will be a mix of abilities that work while surging and that work all the time.
Ki Surge works for four rounds at a time because I wanted to use the same Ki mechanics of the Monk and Ninja, which only gain Ki points at a rate of 1 every 2 levels, while the Barbarian gets 2 rage rounds every level. I think the relatively higher cost of surging for a single rounds benefit balances it somewhat as well.
