It's a girl? I mean, it sways it's hips in a seductive, sassy manner, but I never knew ...

His name is Gir. He's a 'lesser' version of the Sir robots. He likes to dance, eat food, and get naked (out of his dog costume) instead of computing and serving his master. I can't remember what Gir and Sir stand for, though.

Are the members of Creed really gamers?

I don't think Metallica played D&D. They spell Cthulhu differently from the RPG, and they way they spell it is derived from one of the Necromonicon editions, which seems more logical for them to read than it is for them to read a Player's Handbook. Although it wouldn't surprise me...

Robin Williams is way into an RPG called Sundog, released quite some time ago. It's a computer game, and he loves it so much, he even met the author (Bruce Webster).

How do I know?

I'm dating Bruce Webster's daughter. :D

I heard that one of the posters here works for the cartoon Jackie Chan adventures. I think it was JonRog.

Edit: Rarn rye Roobydooryndom!

JonDog?
RonDog?
RonJog?

eh. ;)

Hint: The guy that created Jackie Chan Adventures, and the guy who wrote The Core -- are the same guy.

He and some of his friends also have two of the more widely-read story hours on the boards.

Go check it out!

It sorta counts!

Hey, I'm dating his daughter, so. :D I win.

As far as pictures go, uhhmm: here are some photos of us in San Diego!

Where we're moving in May!

(And for the record, I was talking to Bruce today about the meeting, and he said that he had a few DnD 1E books on his desk. Robin Williams said something to the effect of "I like Halflings."

And thus, Bruce found out I play DnD, and likes me even more.

:D :D :D)
