Kitsch or krap?

I found a video of this for a buck at an op-shop. Would you consider it collectable RPG kitsch, or worthless krap?

Kitsch all the way. XcaliBr8 is a helluva wrist-buddy. Try jogging against traffic lights if you disagree.

Not only is this Kitsch, I own a copy (on VHS). I loved this movie. It was one of the really fun and campy 80's movies in the genre.

Now, you cannot hope to take it seriously. You watch it because it's funny -- not in a comedy sort of way but in a B-movie sort of way.

I wouldn't have through twice about picking this up on DVD for $1 or even $5. (Though I probably wouldn't spend much more. It's fun, but it's not something you can watch regularly. It's more of a put in a B-movie for the fun of it or to get the mind off of writing.)
