Non competes in Washington State have to be narrow in scope.

Since Jeremy and Chris are working as developers on a competing product it is extremely unlikely in this state that the non compete would forbid them from working on an actual play but permit them to work on design for both Daggerheart and Darrington's 5e products (as the company has said they are doing).
