Knife Fighter PrCs?

I know that there was a Knife Fighter PrC on one of the main writer's websites that was a little overpowered but can't remember which one. Anyone have that URL handy?

Then there's the Invisible Blade that was featured back in the gladiator-oriented issue of Dragon....can't remember which number it was, but I'll take a look. Pretty cool little 5-level class. Geared towards fighter/rogues.
