You're right, I forget that one. Maybe for a good reason. It might have been modernized, but it was also aimed strongly for kids, wasn't it. I am no longer a child, so I want a modernized adult version.

Riiiight, and I have a better chance of seeing an NC-17 rated Star Wars soon (as per my fondest wish as a thirtysomething naughty bugger).

And, as much as I'm not sure I want to imagine Knight Rider without The Hoff... I KNOW I wouldn't even consider acknowleding the existance of a movie without William Daniels voicing KITT. Some things are sacred.

Well, there was a recent television commerical that had KITT on it that instead of William Daniels as the voice they got John Forsythe to do the line or two (Dynesty; Charlie's voice in Charlie's Angels) and there were minimal objections.
