Knock-Down Feat

Has anyone taken and used the Knock-Down Feat it seems like a very useful Feat.

Prerequisites: Base Attack +2, Improved Trip, Str 15+

Benefit: Whenever you deal 10 or points of damage to your opponent in melee you make a trip attack as a free action against the same target.

It's a good feat but don't get your hopes up to combine it with Improved trip as well. The already nipped that in the bud.
I use it for most of my fighter types I think it's very handy.
 

Here's the errata for the feat if you don't have it:

p. 7, Knockdown
Insert to end of Benefit:
Use of this feat cannot be combined with Improved Trip to generate an extra attack, and successful use of this feat does not grant an extra attack through the Cleave or Great Cleave
feats.

Insert may into “you may make a trip attack as a free action.”
After “whenever you deal 10 or more points of damage to your opponent in melee” insert: with a single attack
 

I Once had a player who had a dwarf using his feat. Just to make things easy he always rolled 2 dice 20 one to hit one for knockdown to save time. It is a fairly powerful feat. I knew I always had to have the opposed trip modifier ready for any encounter so it wasn't much more work but It made a significant difference sometimes.

He put a hurting on a group of trolls attacking him by always keeping them on the ground and preventing that full attack action until help arrived.

He was like 12th level in a dungeon crawl I ran just to get use to the new rules.
