Nope, nothing unreasonable at all! :)

FYI, the final monster will be slightly different from the one posted above. I'm at home, and don't have the info with me, but I believe the Acidic Corpse is now Su, not Ex, and has a saving throw of 16. Also, I think the radius of the Aura of Hopelessness is now 30 feet. There may also be one or two other minor tweaks.
